Is CARbonga available on all smart phones?

At this time CARbonga is available on iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad.

I’m trying to add my car but it’s not listed.  What should I do?

We are updating our database of vehicles all the time.  Until then just fill out the name and leave the year, make and model blank.  You will still be able to scan your vehicle using the CARbonga compatible cable.

CARbonga isn’t scanning my vehicle.  What should I do?

1.     Make sure that your vehicle is running and the CARbonga compatible cable is connected to the vehicle and your device.

2.     Your device should be showing a charging state.  If it isn’t, don’t worry we can assist in troubleshooting.  Contact us at support@mycarbonga.com
